Shipping
All orders for the United States are packaged carefully at our Melbourne, Australia warehouse and dispatched via FedEx Express.
All US orders are shipped for FREE via FedEx Express, arriving typically within 3-5 business days.
You will receive a tracking number for FedEx from us shortly after ordering.
In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, we will send you a replacement via FedEx Express or offer a refund.
Returns
In the unlikely event that your glassware is broken in transit, we will replace the glass free of charge as soon as we are notified. No need for a return.
We require to be notified within 30 days of delivery for a return to be arranged.
Glasses
All of our glassware must be handwashed.
No. All of our crystal glassware (including decanters) are made using lead-free crystal.
Lead-free crystal replaces lead with barium oxide, zinc oxide and magnesium oxide. This creates a stronger crystal glass than leaded crystal, whilst maintaining similar qualities.
Research has shown that it is NOT safe to store wine, whisky or any spirits in leaded crystal and caution should be used when purchasing decanters, especially from vintage stores.
Yes! We offer a gift wrapping service here.
At this time we do not offer engraving. We have had customers who have successfully had our glasses engraved externally by professionals, but we cannot issue a return in the case of breakage.
