How do you ship your products?
Within Australia, your order will be handled either by Australia Post or a courier service (dependant on selection at checkout). Upon arrival in the United States, your order will be handed to either USPS or continued to the destination via the courier. Your tracking code with Australia Post will continue to work once in the United States.

Is there a free shipping option?
Shipping is free on all orders to the United States, with no minimum spend.

How long until I receive my order?
We know how exciting ordering online can be, and there is nothing worse than not knowing where it is. Once your has been processed and shipped it can take an estimated 3-5 business days for it to arrive via our Express Post option (for faster service, please enquire about courier shipping).

Do you supply tracking numbers?
Orders can take between 1-2 days to process. Upon being shipped, you will be supplied with a tracking number immediately. All orders made, no matter the shipping type will be supplied with a tracking number.
