Thanks for your interest in Malt & Brew. We are proud to be an Australian run business operating out of Melbourne.

All Malt & Brew stock is held locally at our warehouse in Melbourne and is dispatched to our clients via Australia Post typically within 2 business days. This ensures we can offer you fast and affordable registered and express postal services. 

  1. How do you ship your products?
    Orders made on our Registered Mail option are sent via Australia Post Registered Mail and express via Australia Post Express.

  2. Is there a free shipping option?
    Of course! Any order over $120 is sent via Australia Post Registered Mail for free with no additional cost.

  3. How long until I receive my order?
    We know how exciting ordering online can be, and there is nothing worse than not knowing where it is. Once your has been processed and shipped it can take an estimated 2-3 business days for it to arrive via Australia Post Express.

    The below table indicates our current shipping options and the expected time associated.

  4. Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes! We currently offer shipping to New Zealand, the United States and the United Kingdom, with both international registered mail and express post available.

  5. Do you supply tracking numbers?
    Orders can take between 1-2 days to process. Upon being shipped, you will be supplied with a tracking number within 48 hours. All orders made, no matter the shipping type will be supplied with a tracking number.
